4. Your Rights Under the FCRA

If we obtain a consumer report about you, you have the right to a free copy of the report from the credit reporting agency that provided it if we take any adverse action based on the report. You also have the right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in a consumer report furnished by a consumer reporting agency.
